Site work and new construction of a residential development in Kamloops, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 15,022-square-foot, four-story above grade residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation from Connective Support Society Kamloops (Connective) to provide Construction Manager (at Risk) Services for the Connective Oak Road Affordable Housing Project. The project consists of a new build situated on a consolidated parcel of land owned by Connective at 210 Oak Road and 548 Fortune Drive, Kamloops BC. The site currently contains one remaining structure. Connective is seeking to engage a Construction Manager (CM) to provide pre-construction management services. The successful proponent will be offered the first right to negotiate the role of General Contractor for the project. The General Contractor will ultimately be responsible for all work, scheduling, and costs up to the Contract Value or any approved additional expenditures.
