Site work for a water / sewer project in Findlay, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of the installation of a gravity sewer system to replace the grinder pump/forcemain system in the Eastgate Subdivision. The project runs the entirety of Hickory Lane and extends through private property to a gravity sewer on Beechwood Road. Included in the sanitary sewer improvement, but not limited to, is approximately 3,785 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer, 17 sanitary manhole installations, and connections to approximately 15 residential force mains. Pavement trench repair as required and grading & seeding is also included. Service to the residences must be maintained during construction. Construction Estimate $899,000. The County reserves the right reject any and all bids; and reserves the right to accept or reject any and all optional bids offered; and reserves the right to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the bids received.
