The RFQ seeks responses from qualified residential / rehabilitation contractors who, upon selection, will enter a contract with HFHMGC for the roofing repairs of single family housing. Contractors will then be solicited through an "Approved Contractor Bid List" for cost estimates on specific projects. The Contractor shall ensure that all materials are installed in accordance with the SPCR, City Building Codes, Federal Regulations, Program Requirements and per the Approved Plans and Specifications permitted. The Contractor is responsible for the work and performance of all staff and subcontractors. General Contractor Habitat for Humanity of the MS Gulf Coast (HFHMGC) is seeking certified contractors for the construction or rehabilitation of single family structures. Services shall be in accordance with applicable local, state and federal program rules and regulations under the Mississippi Development Authority (MDA-DRD) Roof Repair and Retrofit (RR&R) Program aka Zeta Roof Program as well as compliance under the ICC Building Codes as adopted by the governing authority in which the properties are located.
