Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bridgeport, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials (except as otherwise specified), and performing all work necessary for the sidewalk improvements of the following: approximately 3,800 SF of sidewalk, ramps with handrails, and steps. This includes reconstruction of asphalt and concrete pavement repair, driveway, and concrete curb and gutter reconstruction. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form Question Deadline 10/21/2024 Questions must be submitted no later than 72 hours prior to bid opening. Attention is called to the fact that not less than, the federally determined prevailing (Davis-Bacon and Related Acts) wage rate, as issued by the Texas Department of Agriculture Office of Rural Affairs and contained in the contract documents, must be paid on this project. In addition, the successful bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual identity, gender identity, or national origin. The City of Bridgeport reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. All iron, steel, construction materials and manufactured products must comply with the Buy America/Build America Act. Note - sheets involving Halsell between 9th and 10th are provided in the plans.
