The Geneva Park District is seeking sealed bids for the 2025 HVAC Routine Maintenance Agreement in Geneva, Illinois. The scope of work includes inspecting, servicing and providing preventative maintenance to HVAC equipment at listed Geneva Park District facilities on a quarterly basis. Each site has a specific list of equipment to be inspected serviced and maintained each quarter as included in a table within the bid specifications. Contractors bidding on the projects must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC inspection, service and maintenance. All bids must be submitted on the proposal forms included in the bid documents and accompanied by cash, a certified bank draft, or a bond from an accredited surety company - payable to: Geneva Park District for an amount equal to 10% of the bid submitted. All contracts for work herein are subject to the provisions of all Geneva Park District regulations, and providing for the payment of Kane County's prevailing rate of wages to all related laborers, workers, and mechanics involved in the project. All bids will remain firm for 90 days after the bid opening. The Geneva Park District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid proposals, in whole or in part, which in its judgment, will be in the best interest of the public or to waive any informalities in bidding. Only bid proposals in compliance with the provisions of the Contract Documents will be considered. No bids shall be withdrawn after the opening of the bids for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid date opening. The Geneva Park District encourages small and minority businesses and women's business firms to submit bids on the approved project and successful contract bidders to utilize small and minority businesses and women's businesses as sub-contractors for supplies, equipment, services, and construction.
