All work is included in a single prime contract. 1. Sawcut full depth at locations called out on the plans. 2. Remove all existing pavement as called out on the plans, average pavement thickness varies. Contractor shall remove any additional stone material to achieve proposed pavement thickness. 3. Contractor to properly dispose of pavement and material offsite. 4. Remove and haul off-site and legally disposing of all vegetation and material through Common Excavation to reach required pavement thickness with 8 inches of 1 - 1/4 " crushed limestone. 5. Contractor to haul all removed topsoil to City of Muskego DPW yard. 6. Install, compact, proof roll, shape, and grade stone material per plan consisting of 8" of 1-1/4" aggregate base course to match existing drainage patterns. 7. Install 4-inch asphalt binder course layer (4 LT 58-28 S, 12.5mm) over entire section per plans. 8. Install 2-inch asphalt surface course (5 LT 58-28 S, 9.5mm) over entire section per plan. 9. Install 8-inch concrete pavement in areas shown on the plans. 10. Seal coat all areas on the plans called out for seal coating. 11. Install all parking lot pavement striping and proposed signs.
