Mcgregor House Renovations Any bid submitted as a result of the solicitation shall be binding on the bidder for sixty (60) calendar days following the bid opening date. Any bid for which the bidder specifies a shorter acceptance period may be rejected. Successful vendor(s) will be awarded the contract, effective from the date of the award as determined by the City of Cleburne. The projected date of award by the City Council will be November 12, 2024.
