Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mont Belvieu, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
Request for Subcontractor Proposals for the BHISD High School and Field House Elevator Modernizations Purcell Construction. Inc., as Construction Manager at Risk on behalf of Barbers Hill Independent School District will receive subcontractor/vendor proposals for the BHISD High School and Field House Elevator Modernizations as designed by cre8 Architects. Prevailing wage rates in conformance with Texas law will be paid on this project. All proposals shall remain valid for sixty (60) days. The Owner, Architect/Engineer and Construction Manager reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities and irregularities in the proposal process, and to make the awards in the bestinterest of the school district.
