Renovation of a medical facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 133,696-square-foot, two-story above grade medical facility.

The Work consists of the replacement of all Roof Top Units (RTU's), repairing and painting stucco, metal railings, soffits, and trellis', removal and replacement of existing roof membrane and coverboard on all four (4) buildings. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: Contractor shall include all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to construct the facility per approved plans and specifications. The base bid shall include but is not limited to: removal and replacement of stucco parapet walls, removal of existing stucco cladding, stucco patching, painting exterior soffits and trellis over courtyard, painting guard rails, removal and replacement of existing single-ply membrane, base flashing, counterflashings, coping and recover with new single-ply membrane over new 1/4" coverboard, over the existing coverboard and deck, removal and replacement of roof curbs, removal, clean, paint and re-set roof drains, removal and replace Accoustical Ceiling Tiles (ACT), replace condensate drains, isolate and remove existing gas connections to RTU's, provide Seismic gas shut off valve c/w audible alarm on 1850 & 1900 buildings, connect gas piping to new RTU's, provide sediment trap, clean existing ductwork, grilles/diffusers, reconnect to new HVAC equipment, hanger rods, supports, AV mounts, isolation pads for equipment, supply and install new Rooftop units, Testing, air balancing and commissioning, Isolation, removal and disposal of all unused HVAC equipment, duct connections, line sets, and accessories, repairs and modifications to existing roof curbs, removal and reinstallation of existing exterior lights, installation, removal and replacement of roof service receptacles and lighting, Fire Alarm duct detector demo and reinstallation, removal and replacement of ceiling/wall areas for HVAC access, New Stainless steel railing inserts, tighten existing railing inserts, replace fabric at awnings.
