DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Work shall be completed under one Contract and consists of all labor, skill and materials required to properly construct the Project. The Project generally consists of the following primary components: Installation of 2, 150-ft of unpaved maintenance access roadway, access gate, concrete manhole collars, and placing topsoil with seeding. Project location is in the Deer Valley area of Park City (American Flag Subdivision). Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond executed by the Bidder as principal and by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Utah, payable to the Snyderville Basin Water Reclamation District, in a sum equal to five (5) percent of the full amount of the Bid. All questions relative to this project prior to the opening of Bids shall be directed to the Engineer for the Project before the cut-off date and time of March 17, 2025, 10:00 AM. The Owner hereby reserves the right to cancel this Invitation to Bid at any time prior to Bid opening, to reject any or all Bids, to waive any irregularity or informality in a Bid not involving price, time or changes in the Work or the bidding procedures, and to make award or to refuse to make award in the best interest of the Owner.
