Renovation of a municipal facility in Lyons, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of November 6, 2024, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will be rebid but no definite date yet. Only full size, complete sets of drawings and specifications will be released to bidders. 2. Deposit: Bid Documents will require a bid deposit of One-Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each set of documents requested. Checks shall be made payable to Wayne County Board of Supervisors. Any Contract Document holder, upon returning the Contract Documents in good condition within thirty (30) days of the award of contract, or rejection of proposals, will be refunded the full amount of deposit. 3. Shipping: Additional shipping charges may apply for any delivery requests. 4. Additional copies of bid documents are available to registered plan holders on a nonrefundable, cash and carry basis through Dataflow, Inc.. Bidders are responsible for payment of additional copies requested. Questions and Requests for Information: ALL PRE-BID REQUEST FOR INFORMATION and questions must be received in writing no later than 5:00 p.m. local time on Friday, October 11th, 2024. All questions and requests will be formally responded to via addendum and issued to all registered plan holders. Only registered plan holders will receive copies of addenda.
