E, Sudbury, ON, P3E 4X5 .3 St. David Elementary School - 549 Frood Rd., Sudbury, ON, P3C 5A2 .4 St. Francis Elementary School - 691 Lilac St., Sudbury, ON, P3E 4E2 .5 Holy Trinity Elementary School - 1945 Hawthorne St., Sudbury, ON, P3A 0C1 Bids are to be accompanied by a security deposit in the form of an electronic or digital Bid Bond from a surety company licensed to carry on business in the Province of Ontario in amount of ten (10) percent of the Bid price. Provide insurance to the Bidder that their company and workers carry a minimum of $5,000,000.00 in commercial general liability in accordance with the insurance requirements of the Contract Documents and Standard Construction Document CCDC 2. .2 Automobile Liability insurance is respect of vehicles that are required by law to be insured under a contract by a Motor Vehicle Liability Policy, shall have limits of not less than $5,000,000 inclusive per occurrence for bodily injury, death, and damage to property, covering all vehicles owned or leased by the Contractor. .3 The Insurance Policy shall include endorsements for insurance of the Owner and the Consultant.
