Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
**Due to the sensitivity of the information contained within the bid documents, bidders must obtain them directly from the sources listed in the invitation to bid.** The Project consists of the demolition of the existing 0.1 MGD "packaged" WWTP (flow eq, sludge holding, extended aeration, clarifiers), filters, generator, shed and select yard piping. The new infrastructure includes a new 0.1 MGD "packaged" WWTP (flow eq, sludge holding, extended aeration), two clarifiers, pre-engineered office/lab building, generator and the associated yard piping, site work, electrical and instrumentation. This scope of work also includes the relocation of and existing 8" gravity sewer line.
