Description

Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Panama City, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified vendors to demolish existing beach access #16 and rebuild in accordance with attached VBA Design drawings and specifications. Question Submission Deadline: October 25, 2024, 5:00pm Funding for the project may be made possible through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) - Local Assistance and Tribal Consistency Fund (LATCF) and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by Federal Procurement and Contract Standards. Respondents will comply with the Federal Regulations Contract Requirements. The Bay County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals in the best interest of Bay County.
