Question Submission Deadline: October 25, 2024, 5:00pm Funding for the project may be made possible through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) - Local Assistance and Tribal Consistency Fund (LATCF) and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by Federal Procurement and Contract Standards. The Bay County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals in the best interest of Bay County.
