The intent of this RFP is to openly and responsibly procure the services of the eligible respondent. Bids will not be considered from firms not prequalified at the time of bid submission. Firms who desire to be prequalified by the Detroit Land Bank Authority may submit a completed prequalification packet no later than 1:00 p.m. on OCTOBER 14, 2024, by email to procurment@detroitlandbank.org.
