Reference Number 0000279548 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/10/09 03:00:00 PM EDT The IESO is seeking the services of a qualified Service Provider to support the IESO’s strategic planning processes and to support the ongoing update and development of the IESOs strategic plan, as further detailed in the RFP documents. The term of any resulting agreement from this RFP will be for a period of four (4) years, with an option to extend at the IESOs discretion, for up to four additional one-year periods. Leveraging the IESO's existing strategic plan, on an annual basis, the Service Provider will be expected to develop a plan for and action the review of the existing 2022-2027 strategic plan that includes, but is not limited to: a) A mid-cycle review of the IESO's strategic plan with inputs from: i. Environmental scans; ii. Interviews and inputs from the IESO's ELT and other key stakeholders; and Facilitated sessions that consolidate feedback and drive alignment to the new or refreshed strategic plan An annual review process that identifies areas of the strategy implementation plan that require b) change or identifies areas of the strategic plan that require change; c) Facilitation of preparation sessions with the IESO's ELT and other key stakeholders to ensure their readiness to conduct a strategy session with the IESOs Board. Preparation sessions may include the identification of key topics for discussion with the Board, and facilitation training for ELT members. Proponents should note that attendance at, and participation in the Board's strategy session is currently out of scope, however, on an ad-hoc basis may be requested by the IESO; d) Development of supporting materials for both the preparation sessions with the ELT and the Board strategy session, including but not limited to read-ahead materials and presentations to facilitate discussion; e) Participation in a debrief following the Board strategy session and, based on key takeaways, provide recommended updates to the strategic plan and supporting materials; and f) If requested and required by the IESO, support any roll-out of changes to the strategic plan to the broader IESO.
