Ephraim City is seeking qualified contractors to submit bids for the repair and resurfacing of a .3-mile section of trail connecting Mill Road to Canyon Road. The trail is used by both bikers and ATV enthusiasts. It is 4 yards wide and will require the application of road base (approximately 2-4 inches) to smooth out uneven surfaces and eliminate bumpiness. Water bars will need to be installed along the trail to prevent erosion and water damage during heavy rains. The project budget is $12,000.00.
