Reference Number: 0000364719 Description of Work: This project is for the installation of a new electrical service and night time lighting illumination of the entrance, park buildings, roadway, parking and three soccer fields. This is a Wick's Law project. If awarded, this contract will be fully or partially funded with Federal Assistance provided to the County of Rockland by the US Department of Treasury under the American Rescue Plan Act ("ARPA Funds"), Section 602(b) and 603(b) of the Social Security Act, Pub. L. No. 117-2 (March 11, 2021) and is subject to certain requirements including 2 CFR Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. Applicable Federal requirements take precedence over State and local requirements unless State and local requirements are deemed to be more stringent. Question Deadline 10/15/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online : No . The total Contract Time from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed until the total closeout of the project shall be 240 calendar days. The Contract Time to perform the construction work shall be 210 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion. The Bid security or deposit required to accompany this Bid is Ten Percent (10%) of the total Bid price in the form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond. The Bid of each Bidder shall contain the certification to non-collusive Bidding as set forth in Section 103-d of the New York State General Municipal Law, included in the specifications. Bidders must strictly comply with this requirement.
