This project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform the work on the Sanitary Sewer Cleaning and Video Inspection project. Work will be performed within City owned rights-of-way and permanent easements. The work consists of, but not limited to, the following: 1. Cleaning and television inspection of approximately 51,000 feet of 12-inch, 10-inch, 8-inch, and 6-inch diameter sewer pipelines. 2. Temporary bypass pumping. The City of Grand Coulee (City) is releasing a Small Works Project. As a Contractor on the MRSC Small Works Roster under the Pipeline Video Inspection category, you are invited to submit a bid on this Project. The City expressly reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities or informalities, and to further make award of the project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interest of the City based on the sum of the Bid. Questions concerning the Contract Provisions will be taken by the Project Engineer at Gray & Osborne, Inc.'s Yakima office 509-453-4833. No oral responses to questions by City personnel about the project will be binding on the City t is anticipated that this project will be funded in part by the Washington State Department of Ecology. Neither the State of Washington nor any of its departments or employees are, or shall be, a party to any contract or any subcontract resulting from this solicitation for bids. The successful bidder will be required to conform to the wage requirements prescribed by the federal Davis-Bacon and Relate Acts which requires that all laborers and mechanics employed by contractors and subcontractors performing on contracts funded in whole or in part by SRF appropriations in excess of $2000 pay their laborers and mechanics not less than the prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits, and determined by the Secretary of Labor, for corresponding classes of laborers and mechanics employed on similar projects in the area.
