The State of Connecticut, represented by the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS or the Department), is soliciting proposals from qualified independent organizations (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor and/or Respondent) to provide a safe and supportive living environment to individuals reintegrating into the community from and/or awaiting admission to inpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment (hereinafter referred to as a Recovery House). Question Deadline 10/31/2024 at 3:00 PM ET Answers Released 11/8/2024 by 3:00 pm Prospective proposers will be provided an opportunity to submit questions via email to DMHAS.FiscalContracts@ct.gov.
