This includes the demolition of the existing administration buildings and the construction of the new Cherry Creek High School buildings which are to include Athletics, Classrooms, and the Cafeteria. A portion of Phase II will also need to be designed. Phase II includes additional Cherry Creek High School buildings that will include the Administration, Media Center, and Performing Arts Building. The District is exploring the idea of a mechanical plant for the campus, and design discussions will need to occur regarding this. The project objective is further identified per Exhibit A - Scope of Work/Schedule of Items as well as the project description provided in the RFP solicitation supplemental attachments.
