Site work and new construction of a fitness / recreation center in Sherbrooke, Quebec. Design plans call for the construction of a 38,440-square-foot, two-story above grade fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.
Construction of a New Gymnastics Center in Sherbrooke in Victoria Park. The proposed building will have a floor area of 36,126 sq ft. (3,345 m²) and a mezzanine of 2,314 sq ft (215 m²) located above the palestra. The project will include a gymnastics palestra, service areas, including a boutique, a physio sector and others. The building will have an elevator. TIMELINE: Project has been put on hold due to cost increase. Tender and construction timelines will be established at a later date. Further update in summer, 2026.
