The Audrain County Commission is receiving sealed bids for two Buildings and appurtenances to be erected at the Audrain County Road and Bridge Facility located at 20007 Audrain County Road 306 near Mexico, MO. Project Number AUD2024-SHOP (hereinafter Project ) The Scope of work includes erection of two Buildings including Foundations, Buildings, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Overhead Doors, Framing and Drywall and other appurtenances. Bidders not on the Plan Holders List will not receive any addenda issued. To request the bid package, email the Audrain County Administrative Assistant at: road@audraincounty.org Project and bidding questions shall be conducted exclusively via email. Any questions regarding the project must be submitted to the above email address by 4:00 pm local time on Friday, October 18, 2024. No written or verbal questions will be recognized after this date. The Audrain County Commission intends to award the Project to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder and reserves the right to accept or reject any part or parts of all bids, to waive irregularities, and to accept the offer the County Commission considers the most advantageous to the County.
