Chesterfield County is not currently accepting electronic submissions of this solicitation type. IFB Documents can be downloaded and submitted in accordance with the submission and receipt of bids section of this solicitation. Electronic submissions for this solicitation will not be considered. Inquiries must be received no later than October 9th, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. in order to be considered. Contact initiated by a bidder concerning this solicitation with any other County representative, not expressly authorized elsewhere in this document, is prohibited. Any such unauthorized contact may result in disqualification of the bidder from this transaction. The Contractor shall provide a service schedule to the Residential Services Supervisor (RSS) via email or fax on a monthly basis. Schedules for the upcoming month are due 30 calendar days prior to the first of each month. The initial term of this contract shall be effective from November 1, 2024 through October 31, 2025. This contract may be renewed by the County for (one year)/ (four successive one year periods) under the terms and conditions of the original contract except as stated in subsections i. and ii. below. Price increases may be negotiated only at the time of renewal. Upon a determination by the County to renew this contract for an additional term, written notification will be given to the Contractor.
