The Solicitation Number is C24925013. In submitting your bid you must comply with these instructions. The DVBE Participation Requirement for this solicitation has been waived. Contractor hereby agrees to furnish all materials, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to demolish and replace employee lockers. Complete specifications in Exhibit A, Attachment 1. Bidder must attend to be eligible to bid. You must sign in no later than 10:00 AM with the State Representative. It is not the State's responsibility to ensure all attendees are signed in. Project Location: Bolsa Chica State Beach, 17851 Pacific Coast Hwy, Huntington Beach, CA 92649 Contractor hereby agrees to furnish all materials, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to construct locker room lockers adhered to the wall. The lockers shall be connected to four walls in specificized locations. Because of the nature of this project all square footages, dimensions and locations of areas are approximate; therefore, a Pre-bid walk-through of all bidding contractors is mandatory. Description of work to be done: Demolition and Removal: o Contractor shall demolish and remove current lockers located in the designated area. Ensure that all lockers are carefully dismantled to avoid damage to surrounding structures. After dismantling, promptly haul away all debris and scrap materials, and ensure the site is left clean and clear of any remnants. All new lockers: o Shall be made of 3/4" Marine Grade Laminated Plywood. The locker doors shall be made of 1/2" Marine Grade Plywood. All plywood shall be Laminated with a color as instructed by the Department of Parks and Recreation representative. o Shall be installed with stainless steel door clasps, stainless steel hinges, stainless steel vents, with chrome hanger rob and clip. Wall #1: Shall be 12 (twelve) lockers, approximately 139"(L) x 96"(H) x 26"(D). Locker height shall be from the existing concrete base. The lockers shall be double hung style, sparate top and bottom hung lockers. Each locker shall be approximately 23" in individual width. All individual lockers shall have a 7" high open shelf of the maximum depth and width of the internal dimension. The shelf shall be located on the lower most portion of the top bank of lockers and upper most portion of the bottom bank of lockers. Wall #2: Shall be 6 (six) lockers, approximately 78"(L) x 96"(H) x 26"(D). Locker height shall be from the existing concrete base. The lockers shall be double hung style, sparate top and bottom hung lockers. Each locker shall be approximately 25.25" in individual width. All individual lockers shall have a 7" high open shelf of the maximum depth and width of the internal dimension. The shelf shall be located on the lower most portion of the top bank of lockers and upper most portion of the bottom bank of lockers. Wall #3: Shall be 12 (twelve) approximately 60"(L) x 96"(H) x 26"(D). The lockers shall be triple hung style, sperate top, middle, and bottom hung lockers. Each locker shall be approximately 15" in individual width. The lockers shall be placed on a 5.5" high kick-plate base to match the height of tile base on wall 1, 2 and 4. Wall #4: Shall be 16 (sixteen) Lockers, approximately 129"(L) x 90"(H) x 26"(D). ). Locker height shall be from the existing concrete base. The lockers consist of 4 (four) double hung style, sperate top and bottom hung lockers, approximately 24" in individual width. All 4 (four) individual lockers shall have a 7" high open shelf of the maximum depth and width of the internal dimension. The shelf shall be located on the lower most portion of the top bank of lockers and upper most portion of the bottom bank of lockers. As well as 12 (twelve) lockers, triple hung style, sperate top, middle, and bottom hung lockers.
