A timeline for award has not yet been established.** PIDC, on behalf of PAID, is requesting bids for Navy Yard Building 101 Elevator Modernization Project. Question Deadline 10/14/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Questions must be submitted by email to mtrudeau@pidcphila.com. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. If you are an interested contractor and wish to be listed as a bidder, please notify our editorial staff at addtobidlist@constructconnect.com. xcess excavated material, including excavated soil and asphalt, becomes the property of the Contractor. The excess excavated material may be reused by the Contractor on the site of the project if it meets the engineering specifications for its intended reuse and if it meets the requirements of the Management of Fill Policy set forth by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. (PADEP Document Number 258-2182-773(August 7, 2010)) If the excess excavated material or cannot be reused on the site of the project, then the Contractor must remove the excess material from the Philadelphia Navy Yard unless prior written approval has been provided by PIDC. In all situations, the Contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations regarding the handling, use and disposal of excavated materials. 6. Bid Proposals and bid prices shall be valid for 60 calendar days after bid opening unless otherwise mutually extended by CBRE and lowest responsive, responsible Bidder
