The purpose of this Request for Bid is to solicit competitive bids from qualified suppliers for a Daktronics LED Message Center Display @ Butler Elementary for Canyons School District (CSD). It is anticipated that this RFB may result in a contract awarded to a qualified supplier for commodities as defined further in the solicitation. This RFB is designed to provide interested suppliers with sufficient basic information to submit bids meeting minimum requirements, but is not intended to limit a bid's content or exclude any relevant or essential data. All bid preparation costs and any associated activities related to this RFB are the sole responsibility of the Supplier. Must be able to work in the state of Utah. Must have been in business for 5 years. Must be certified Daktronics partner and installer. Must be able to provide onsite warranty and repair services within 36 hours of service call. Must be able to provide onsite training. Question Deadline 10/09/2024 at 8:00 PM MT All procurement-related inquiries relative to this bid must be submitted through the questions tab in online and will be answered through online up to the Q & A deadline. The supplier shall notify CSD 24 hours prior to time of delivery by contacting the Construction Coordinator, Steve McCleary at 801- 556-1527, to obtain school contact information for receiving and delivery confirmation times and dates.
