The following works presents the minimum scope of work expected to be completed by the Proponent to successful complete the audit-style Dam Safety Reviews. Additional items should be included by the Proponent if they believe those items are required to successfully complete the defined Scope of Work or would add value to the Corporation. The Proponent must completely and accurately describe the methodology to successfully complete the Scope of Work. The Proponent must describe how they intend to meet specific project objectives and performance measures for the period of the proposed work. The reviews should encompass the review elements as defined in Section 5 of the CDA Dam Safety Review Guidelines 2007 (2013 Edition), supplemented with the CDA Dam Safety Review Technical Bulletin (2016). Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
