Site work, paving, remodeling and renovation of a mixed-use development in Farmington, Missouri. Completed plans call for the remodel of a medical facility; for the renovation of a medical facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Work includes remodeling of restrooms, laundry, closet rooms, and kitchens in five facility housing cottages for the purpose of creating accessible compliant spaces for users. Work also includes re-pavement of existing sidewalks and new ADA compliant aprons. MBE/WBE/SDVE Goals: MBE 10%, WBE 10%, and SDVE 3%. NOTE: Only MBE/WBE firms certified by the State of Missouri Office of Equal Opportunity as of the date of bid opening, or SDVE(s) meeting the requirements of Section 34.074, RSMo and 1 CSR 30-5.010, can be used to satisfy the MBE/WBE/SDVE participation goals for this project.
