Construction Completion Date:. April 30, 2025 Contract Completion Date: Mav 31, 2025 Each proposal must be accompanied by a one hundred percent (100%) bid guaranty bond or a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit on a solvent bank in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. The bidder to whom the Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Corporate Surety Company Bond in a sum equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price, conditioned according to law. Detailed information for the work may be obtained at the office ofthe County Engineer. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids or accept or reject any part thereof.
