Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
A detailed scope has not been disclosed. Project is located on the northwest corner of Log Cabin Way and North El Capitan Way. The entire plan calls for the construction of a 122-acre public park which will include sports fields, trails, public restrooms, parking, utilities, and other facilities. Phase 1A has already begun and consists of the construction of an 18-acre park, but detailed phase info has not been disclosed for the remaining 104 acres. As of March 6, 2026, this project is included in the City of Las Vegas's Fiscal Year 2026-2030. The Bureau of Land Management is seeking public comments on the proposed land conveyance to the City of Las Vegas, and Phase 1A has begun schematic design. The public hearing is expected to last until April 16, 2026. A design team, a general contractor, or a selection method has not been disclosed.
