Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Hudson, Florida. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of December 18, 2024 No bids were received on the project. No definite date for the rebid.** Question Deadline 10/15/2024 All questions must be received and should be directed to procurement@pascocountyhousing.org Hudson Hills Manor consists of one "main" street and three small side "streets" with parking spots. There is a site plan at the end of this IFB. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor and equipment necessary to execute the work requested in accordance with the minimum standards as set forth in this scope of work. Each Contractor is required to perform their own quantity takeoffs to prepare their bids. The work may consist of: 1. Fix parking areas where needed to provide a smooth parking surface. Create a level area if needed. 2. Fill any area with holes and repair surface. 3. Seal asphalt pavement 4. Re-stripe parking spaces, including all standard parking spaces, ADA accessible parking spaces, access aisles/routes, and all other existing entrances, and drive. 5. Striping shall conform to the most recent ADA and Florida Accessibility Codes. 6. At parking areas paint the curb stops yellow. 7. Work will be guaranteed against defects of materials for 4 years and against defects in workmanship for 4 years after date of completion. The Contractor shall provide to PCHA all submittals, all permits and permissions, these costs shall be included in the bid. Contractor shall be responsible for repair of any damage to PCHA property and restoration of any area disturbed by the work to the satisfaction of the PCHA's representative prior to final payment. Any repair and/or restoration of damaged area shall be performed at no cost to the PCHA. Contractor shall supply all safety or warning signs, equipment, plastic covers, barricades and any other specialty items that may be required. ALL ENGINEERING/ARCHITECTURAL WORK REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE WORK IN THIS BID PACKAGE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: DESIGN, OBTAINING OF PERMITS SHALL BE THE ENTIRE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER The PCHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities in any bid, to advertise for new IFB, to cancel this IFB, to proceed to do the work by other means, as may be determined to be in the best interest of the Authority.
