A general description of the Project is provided in Attachment A - Salem City Water Reclamation Phase 2 Short-term Improvements Technical Memorandum. The Scope of Work to provide preconstruction services for the Salem Water Reclamation Facility (Project) includes the tasks and subtasks outlined below. Attachment A - Salem City Water Reclamation Phase 2 Short-term Improvements Technical Memorandum provides a general description of the Project. Attachment C - Draft CM/GC Preconstruction Services Agreement is a draft Agreement that will be finalized by the City and executed by the CM/GC after selection. Question Deadline 10/16/2024
