*Addendum 1 has been issued. Project Description: Removal and replacement of the existing fountain and small pool at the facility, and the addition of a new pool mechanical room for the pools. Work to include new concrete deck and utilities to support the new building. Project Location: 1766 Union Ave., Hazlet NJ 07730 Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within 240 calendar days. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount not less than 10% of the total bid price amount, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00 A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals.
