Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount not less than 10% of the total bid price amount, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00 A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals.
