Site work for a water / sewer project in Indian Trail, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of replacing three (3) inline culvert crossings in the Clover Bend subdivision, and a channel improvement in the back of the Ashland subdivision near Liberty Lane. This work will also include active shoring, erosion control, water/sewer relocations, pavement repair, and landscaping. The Questions Submittal Deadline by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, December 2, 2024. All questions will be answered through emails by Town staff and ultimately will be a part of the final addendum. Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the work. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in the amount not less than 5% of the total amount of the Bid. An DBE goal of 5% has been established for this contract The Town of Indian Trail reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities as it may deem to be in its best interest.
