Working plans call for the demolition of a medical facility; for the construction of a 10,000-square-foot medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; and 10,000-square-foot medical facility.
The scope of work for the New Medical Examiner’s Office and Storage Facility consists of two Buildings to be used for the Medical Examiner of approximately 10,000 sf each. The building 1 – Medical Examiners Offices. Building 2 – Medical Lab/Autopsy building. The two buildings shall be connected by a breezeway with access control. Site Considerations: Staff and visitor parking to meet code. On-site ponding to accommodate stormwater for the 3-5 acres designated for the new buildings. Site Utility Coordination. As of May 13, 2026, this project has not yet started construction and is in the early permitting stages. A construction manager has been identified.
