Reference Number 0000373248 The City of Southfield is bids proposals from qualified companies to remove and replace the ceiling tiles and to paint the existing ceiling grid in the Police Department. The successful company will be required to enter a contract and provide insurance acceptable to the City. Copies of these requirements have been provided for your review. The Police Department is located at 26000 Evergreen Road. The project area is a limited access, secured, 24 x 7 x 365 operation environment. Not all areas of the building will be affected; tiles will only be replaced in 5 distinct areas of the building as listed below and in the attached floor plan document (2 pages).
