As of April 25, 2025, construction is underway. Turnkey Flooring Removal and Replacement for SSCC 2nd Floor Classrooms Martin Campus. This project will consist of a turnkey flooring replacement (LVT, rubber base, transition pieces, floor preparation, installation accessories, etc.) Removal and replacement of Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment will be done by the Owner. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to Alabama Community College System in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner's judgment, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted. *Interested bidders/subcontractors are to contact Robins & Morton Group to be added to the bid list.
