Question Deadline 10/11/2024 at 1:00 PM CT Question Cuttoff Date & Time Deliveries shall be F.O.B Destination. The Iowa Department of Transportation is seeking bids to Remove and replace W-beam and SoftStop that was hit on Highway 6 West Bound mile marker 245.4 right shoulder. Site visit prior to bidding is recommended. Completion date of work by November 8, 2024. Contract Award One contract will be awarded for all lines. All lines are tied. It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible contractor whose submitted quote is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. Other factors may also include a comprehensive review of bidders past work performance, and work capacity.
