Site work for a mixed-use development in Portage, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
Ports of Indiana is issuing this bid package for the construction of a bulk storage warehouse, laydown yard and associated work as designed and specified in the project drawings and specifications, built in accordance with Ports of Indiana and State of Indiana requirements, and requirements of MARAD FY2020 PIDP Grant No. 693JF72140004. POI intends to award the contract to the lowest and best bid. Should any questions arise as to the interpretation of any part of the plans, specifications, or other Bid documents, the bidder shall submit a written request by e-mail to the person identified in the Notice to Bidders or Instructions to Bidders as the person to whom such questions should be sent, requesting an interpretation at least 48 hours prior to the Bid submission deadline. Only interpretations made by written addendum shall have any force or effect. POI will not address any request received after forty-eight (48) hours prior to the deadline for submissions of Bids
