Renovation of a municipal facility in Deland, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The State of Florida Department of Transportation (hereinafter referred to as the "Department") is soliciting written bids from qualified bidders to establish a contract to provide install BACnet controllers and sensors to tie into our existing proprietary Trane Tracer Sumit Control System at the DeLand Operations Complex, located at 1650 N. Kepler Road, DeLand, Florida 32724. It is anticipated that the term of the contract will begin on or about November 11, 2024 (upon issuance of a Purchase order through MyFloridaMarketplace). Work shall be completed no later than June 30, 2025.
