The bid package includes specifications for relocation/foundation/demolition work on one (1) structure including moving of existing structure; foundation construction; utility relocation and retrofitting; and modifications to steps/ porches/decks to comply with the 2018NC State Building Code. All foundation construction will be performed in strict accordance with the provisions of the2018 NC State Building Code, the General Scope of Elevation Work, and Engineering Drawings included in the Bid Package. The Town of Windsor reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality in any bid and to re-advertise for bids. No Bidder may withdrawh is bid within sixty (60) calendar days after the date set for the bid opening. The Town of Windsor Hurricane Florence Hazard Mitigation Grant Program(HMGP-Florence) has been funded by FEMA, and the entire project consists of the relocation of one structure and acquisition of 21 structures. The project is financed with federal funds and will be subject to federal regulations as set forth in the General Provisions of the bid documents.
