Site work and new construction of a residential development in Nantucket, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The Town of Nantucket, through its Town Administration, is seeking proposals from qualified developers for the development, within local zoning, and ongoing management of (A) no more than thirty-two (32) units of workforce rental housing consistent with Section 139-8E of the Nantucket Zoning Bylaws on the property owned by the Trust located at 135 and 137 Orange Street; (B) No more than 17 affordable rental units with a preference for residents age 55 and above/ADA compliant on the property owned by the Trust located at 16 Vesper Lane; and (C) no more than twelve (12) units of workforce rental housing consistent with the Nantucket Zoning Bylaws on the property owned by the Trust located at 12 & 12R Bartlett Road. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
