This work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to perform the Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) inspection of the specific storm sewer pipelines authorized by the Owner and Engineer. "Internal inspection" shall consist of using CCTV within a designated storm sewer pipeline to determine the existing physical condition and installed rehabilitation of the pipeline. The City of Knoxvilles Fiscal Year 2024-2025 goal is to conduct 4.3% of its business with minorityowned businesses, 10.3% of its business with woman-owned businesses, and 34.8% with small businesses. Inquiries pertaining to this ITB shall be made in writing and be in the hands of the Purchasing Division by the close of the business day on October 18, 2024 The work consists of rehabilitating approximately 2,235 linear feet of storm drainage pipe using the water cured-in-place method and in some instances the steam cured-in-place method and any other work needed to complete the project as directed by the Engineer. All bidders must be licensed contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1994, and all Acts amendatory thereof and must have one or more of the following license classifications: MU- A- Municipal and Utility Construction, Underground Piping classification, or MU-A.2-Municipal and Utility Construction, Underground Piping, Rehabilitation classification.
