Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to RCW 57.08.050 (4) the Sammamish Plateau Water and Sewer District will receive quotes for the 2025 Chemical Supply for Water and Sewer Treatment. The contract(s) will be for the sale, delivery and supply of chemicals to be used during the 2025 calendar year. Vendors are welcome to provide a bid on any or all of the materials/chemicals included under this Request. A Successful Bidder will be determined by the District for each chemical for which the District is seeking a Proposal. If award is made, the District will award a Material Purchase Agreement for each specific chemical for which the District seeks to purchase, to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder and in accordance with the Material Purchase Agreement and Material Specifications. The District reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, or waive any informality in the submission of proposals, or determine which proposal or applicant is the most responsive. No applicant may withdraw the applicant's proposal for a period of thirty (30) days after the day the proposals are opened. The road is a dead end street without a turn around. Full size tanker trucks may need to backup 500-ft to SE 30th Street to turn around. Site will accommodate partial loads. o Well House #2 Chemicals: Sodium Hydroxide, Partial Loads 3125 E. Beaver Lake Drive SE, Sammamish, WA 98075 This site has restrictive mobility. There is a 300-ft sweeping driveway that has restrictive mobility. Trucks may need to back down the driveway. Site will accommodate partial loads. o Well House #4 Treatment Facility Chemicals: Sodium Chloride, Bulk Delivery, Ferric Chloride 23023 E. Main Street, Sammamish, WA 98074 The existing gravel roadway is narrow until reaching the Facility, and does restrict some mobility.
