The owner has determined a prequalified list of design builders. Description: The City is seeking to procure a qualified design-build firm to provide services for Edgewater Flood Improvements - D2 ("Project"), including, but not limited to, installation of a new drainage system, installation of a new seawall, installation of a new baywalk area, installation of a new stormwater pump station, installation of a new drainage system, installation of a new water distribution system, adjusting road elevations, milling and resurfacing, utility coordination, fire hydrant relocation/installation, site preparation, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, harmonization of intersecting side streets and adjacent properties, reconstruction of driveways and pedestrian accesses, removal of encroachments, signing and pavement markings, landscaping, and all other ancillary components required to deliver a fully functional neighborhood project.
