Description

Renovation of a laboratory facility in Cambridge, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.

The successful contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision and other resources as required for the removal of two water cooled chillers, cooling towers and associated pumps and piping. The installation of two new air-cooled chillers including associated pumps, piping and structural steel support. The replacement of laboratory chemical fund hoods. The replacement of laboratory exhaust and chemical fume hood exhaust airflow control valves and associated direct digital control work. Question Deadline 10/25/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Deadline for Questions: The University requires all work to be completed within five hundred forty (540) calendar days from Notice to Proceed Plan Holders List not maintained.
