Renovation of an educational facility in Mayville, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 57,197-square-foot, four-story above grade educational facility.

Bid Package: 06 Old Main Renovation. OUTLINE OF PROJECT: Old Main at Mayville State University is an existing building of approximately 57,197 square feet. This project will renovate all four levels of the building plus the mezzanine level. Project will also consist of repairs to the existing foundation. Renovations will include new non-load bearing walls, new structural steel framing, a new theater and stage, flooring, ceilings, MEP, fire suppression system, a new 5-story elevator, vertical wheelchair lift and stage lift with enclosure. At the exterior facade, all windows & doors will be replaced, masonry restoration, and a new roof. There will be two mechanical/stairwell additions to the building. Each mechanical addition will consist of 3 levels and each stairwell addition will each be 4 levels high and contain approximately 4,000 sf each. Sitework includes new water and sanitary sewer lines. A new north entrance, landscaping/hardscape, asphalt parking lot, curb/gutter,and sidewalks. All in accordance with the drawings and specifications for MaSU Old Main Renovation.
