Renovation of a residential development in Newton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
40 Orchard Ave Housing Rehabilitation as outlined in the project documents. Bid surety is not required with this bid. The term of the awarded contract shall extend from the time of execution for approximately sixty (60) days or until the Project is finished . The dollar value of the contract may not be increased by an amount more than twenty five percent (25%) of the contract total. Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall make a written request to the Chief Procurement Officer, at purchasing@newtonma.gov or via facsimile (617) 796-1227. The City will only answer such requests if received October 25, 2024 at 12:00 noon.
