The start date is anticipated to be in December 2024. Please contact bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov with questions. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure that Metro receives the Bid by the specified date and time. All late Bids shall be rejected. Bidders shall review all instructions and contract terms and conditions. Contractor shall assess each surface for the most efficient and effective method of removal with the least impact to the structure surface and the environment. Methods shall include: A. WIPE-OFF WITH SOLVENT: Use human health/environmentally-preferable products, meeting at least one of the following criteria, to wipe off graffiti from painted, coated, or non-porous surfaces (if graffiti is completely removed and the underlying surface is not damaged). Use harsher chemicals only as a last resort for stubborn, particularly challenging removals. Metro intends to award this to multiple firms if deemed to be in the best interest of Metro, and to accommodate those facilities that need monthly services and those facilities that require on-call services. The term of the contract is anticipated to be November 2024 through November 2029. Metro reserves the right to award additional contracts from this ITB during the above stated term.
